Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of promotions may not be eligible for return.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items.
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
